The tiny, often dilapidated spaces in Paris that are being rented out. Lots of arguments in comments that London is still much more expensive, not that I think that's a good thing.

Rather - replace items in your FB & Twitter feeds with something else
Replace Facebook posts and tweets about sports news, baby pictures, particular TV shows, etc with other content, or just mute it entirely. Chrome extension

ImageOptim - utility for optimising images
Good image optimiser for OSX. Drag and drop image files on it, it saves optimised versions in their place (so make sure you have original's backed up.) Creates Progressive JPGs which can help load times of web pages in some speed tests.

Website of the guitarist/singer I saw at the New Sussex Hotel in February 2014. He was performing with violinist Christian Fromentin, and a very good pairing they were - excellent music.

Finding quiet spaces in the modern world, and the behaviour of people on quiet carriages of trains. -- Supposition -- In 'The Future' will quiet places be sought after by small groups who cannot take the cacophony of normal life? Or will the cacophony be silenced by more personable technology?
